Kholoane Development Corporation (KDC) was re-established in 2005, after undergoing two year of re-engineering and  maturity. This restructuring process called   for the reposition of the organization within the build industry was augmented  by additional teams of professional expertise in the field of engineering and property   development, labour based  management systems, communications and marketing. This institutional arrangement was shaped specifically for  ensuring an   uncompromising quality on delivery and a further skills transfer within a comprehensive human settlement  development, thus enabling every low to   moderate- income household to have access to a quality dwelling at affordable  costs.

 KDC’s core business is provision of specialist services in construction project management and construction management and augmented by general engineering consultancy. KDC could not have done this better either than forming alliance with funding agencies and professional institutions for increased organisation’s capacity.
