Irrespective of her role as a Director, Charmaine believes strongly in family values that she tends to apply at various business levels.  Years of experience as business strategies (specifically for low cost housing), empowered her to greater strides and a matured business acumen. There seems to be nothing stopping her at the moment as she is currently involved in forming and acquiring new business enterprises in and out of building industry.

EXPERIENCE: He boast of eight years experience in town and regional planning. He has acquired experience in integrated transport and public transport planning. The focus areas were the preparing integrated transport plans and non motorized transport plans for municipalities and Governments outside South Africa. Other responsibilities included assessment, development and maintenance of rural access roads through EPWP and Zibambele programmes, train clients on guidelines pertaining to incident management system of the provincial and national roads. Mr. Masha is capable of performing analysis and assessment of the municipal Service delivery budget implementation plans of municipalities (SDBIP), through which is able to see the gaps in terms of the project implementation and take advantage by marketing the services of his employer to deliver the goods.
